Q: What is included if I request for cleaning tools and material provision?
You may request that the cleaner bring cleaning tools and materials for RM30 fees. Below are the complete list of what the cleaner will bring together:
> Vacuum 1600W++
> Glass cleaner
> Toilet cleaner
> Floor cleaner
> Kitchen cleaner
> Multi-surface cleaner
> Mop (without pails)
> Sponge
> Scrubber
> Complete set of cloth
> Wiper
> Trash Bag
Q: What is the coverage if I subscribe for an insurance?
You may purchase an additional, optional insurance underwritten by Zurich for RM10 only. It covers:
> Property damage claims, up to RM1,000
> Public liability claims, up to RM10,000

Q: Can I request time extension if I find that the working hour booked is not enough to cover all the cleaning task?
Yes, you can ask the time extension from the cleaner. However, the cleaner have right to reject your request because it is subject to cleaner availability. We advise you to decide the working hour properly.
Q: Can I cancel the booked slot?
We strongly not advise you to do so because this will affected our cleaner income. However, you may request to reschedule your slot at earliest possible to avoid any other problems.
Q: The cleaner is not punctual. What should I do?
If the cleaner is not punctual, the cleaner will cover for it. For example, your slot should start at 9AM and will be end at 1PM. But, the cleaner only able start your session at 9.15AM. So, the cleaner will end your session at 1.15PM accordingly.
Q: What about if I not punctual?
If the cleaner arrived at your premise but you are not there / you are not punctual, the time will be burnt. For example, your slot should start at 9AM and will be end at 1PM. The cleaner is punctual but you are late 15 minutes. So, the cleaner will still end your session at 1PM, not 1.15PM.

Our cleaners are independent professional Malaysian cleaners who have undergone a thorough vetting process and well trained. Our company hire 100% local cleaner.

Q: When should I book?
We suggest that you book soonest possible to avoid disappointment. Of you book late, there may be no available cleaners to fulfil your request.
Q: What should I do after my booking? How do I know if a cleaner will be coming?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you can just sit back and relax. We will remind you at least 24 hour before your slot and the cleaner will contact you during that day.

To avoid potential issues or misunderstandings, we advise you to keep your valuables such as jewelry, cash and expensive gadgets in a safe place and do a bag check of your cleaner before and after the cleaning session.
